The task was to make an Instagram profile for the fictional coffee shop "Coffee O'clock".
To make this account stand out, not only did I share their menu items and invite customers to participate in the conversation, but I also tried to keep the coherent aesthetics and use one color palette.
The goal was to create such a main profile that has a clear bio, recognizable photo/logo, and a professional tone that instantly builds trust.
I decided to focus on making the brand recognizable and memorable by creating Instagram Posts that are visually appealing and also highlight services.
Since posting Instagram Stories lets a brand connect with their audience in the moment, I chose to use features like links, polls, and stickers to drive traffic, gather feedback, and involve the audience directly.
The coffee shop does not actually exist, it's fictional. The case is made up so I could show my skills in social media management.
